Thiranga Yatra under the auspices of MIM in Hyderabad Old Town

Hyderabad: United Muslim Action Committee organized a flag rally on Friday in protest against CAA, NRC and NRP. The rally continued from Miralam Eidgah to Shastripuram. The protestors who participated in this rally protested the cancellation of CAA, NRC and NPR on a large scale. They participated in the demonstration carrying national flags and placards. Inquilal raised slogans to abolish Zindabad and CAA. They displayed banners saying Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh Ekhai, Bharat Hamara Mulk Hai. To this extent, the Preamble of the Constitution, portraits of Mahatma Gandhi and Ambedkar were displayed.

Thousands of people from all over Hyderabad came on foot. Students from Hyderabad University, JNTUH University and Maulana Azad Urdu University organized a petition-style demonstration. Charminar, Mehidipatnam, Mallepally, Malakpet, Nampally, Mushirabad and other areas were crowded with young women, young men, women and students. At the end of the rally, the leader of the Majlis, Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi said that if the central government does not cancel the CAA, NRC and NPR, they will intensify the movement.

He demanded to cancel CAA, NRC and NPR to protect the Constitution of India. Giving citizenship to citizens on the basis of religion is explained against the constitution. On 25th of this month at Charminar Niranasana Sabha, Mushahera (poetry gathering) and unveiling of national flag will be held after 12 midnight. It has been revealed that on the 30th of this month, a manhunt will be held from Bapughat to Mohammadi Line. Majlis Majlis legislators Meraj Hussain, Mouzam Khan, Shah Qadri, councilors Amin Jafri, State Waqf Board Chairman Mohammad Salim, State Haj Committee Chairman Mohammad Masiullah Khan, State Urdu Academy Chairman Rahimuddin Ansari, Jamaat Islamia Hind Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha state presidents Hamid were present in this rally. Mohammad Khan, administrators of Hyderabad Darul Uloom Madarsa Jafarshasha, Sunia Ulema Board, various Shia Muslim public associations and heads of various dargahs participated in large numbers.

Traffic Points:

Police have imposed traffic restrictions on the route of the rally. Buses and other vehicles were diverted from Arangar square. Only buses and other vehicles are allowed from Bahadur Pura towards Afzal Ganj. The traffic restrictions came into effect from 12 noon. The police have taken advance security measures to prevent any untoward incident during the Tiranga rally.

High Court shock for Asad:

The High Court gave a shock to Majlis leader, Hyderabad MP Asad who wanted to hold a rally against the CAA in Hyderabad. A person named Nandaraj from Bahadurpura filed a petition in the High Court. The court heard the petition and sought an affidavit from the City Police. The High Court ordered that the rally should be held with a small number of people only till the permission of the police. Moreover, the High Court has directed the police to take a video of the entire rally as there is a danger of anti-social forces infiltrating and rioting in this rally. Asad, who was planning to show his power with this rally, got a shock.
