During the March 18 raids on Gaza City’s Shifa Hospital, the IDF and ISA neutralized 20 Hamas operatives, including a high-ranking commander named Faiq Mabhouh. Mabhouh served as the head of Hamas’ Internal Security Operations Directorate. He was apprehended by troops while armed and concealed within a compound at the Shifa hospital, according to the IDF. Additionally, the IDF released video footage showing Hamas operatives firing from buildings within the Shifa hospital complex.
